In response to our continued business expansion, we are actively seeking enthusiastic and hard-working individuals to contribute to the success of our Distribution Centre in Glasgow. As a crucial part of our team, you will be responsible for executing multi-drop deliveries of food products to our valued customers.

This role is particularly well-suited for seasoned delivery Drivers who aspire to advance their careers within a thriving business, collaborating with some of the UK's most prominent brands.

• Essential: Experience in chilled or frozen deliveries.

Role Details:

• Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 6 (Monday to Saturday)
• Shift Times: Work begins between 02:30 am and 05:30 am (8.5-hour shifts)
• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: £11.20 per hour
• Overtime: £14.00 per hour
• Night Premium: +£1.00 (paid between 10 pm and 6 am)

Responsibilities:

• Delivering chilled, short-shelf-life products to customer locations.
• Conducting daily inspections of the delivery vehicle before and after completing the route.
• Efficiently loading and unloading deliveries.
• Taking responsibility for the overall care and maintenance of the delivery van.
• Maintaining accurate logs and completing all paperwork during assigned routes.
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements on the road and at customers’ premises.
• Taking personal responsibility for ensuring fitness to drive at all times.
