We’re currently looking for an experienced Planned Programme Project Supervisor! We offer a flexible approach to working between home and our offices in Portsmouth or Basingstoke. This is a full-time, fixed term contract position for 12 months, working 37 hours per week with a minimum of 20% of this to be office based to promote collaboration and team working.

Here’s the facts about the role:

As Planned Programme Project Supervisor, you’ll oversee the delivery of projects within VIVID’s Planned Programme, ensuring that objectives are achieved in accordance with our financial plans and targets.

You'll undertake contract management of internal and external partners to ensure that works are delivered to cost, quality and time targets. You’ll develop forecasts/plans of works delivery ensuring the financial position of projects is clearly understood, taking into account commitments, spend to date and WIP. Due to the nature of the role, involvement in s20 consultations may be required to ensure leaseholders are appropriately engaged as part of the delivery of works.

Through effective project management you will ensure that tasks are completed when required, with risks and issues managed effectively as they arise. Ideally, you'll hold a Project Management qualification (APM/Prince2) and demonstrate knowledge and previous experience of managing projects.

Ensuring all H&S measures are in place and being followed is a critical aspect of the role to ensure tenants, staff and contractors are always kept safe. An understanding of CDM’s is therefore beneficial although training will be provided in this area where required.

You’ll play a key role in growth in this position and will be comfortable with change, welcoming it as an opportunity to grow demonstrating initiative and good judgement whilst working.
