ArrowXL is now recruiting for 7.5 Tonne Delivery Drivers to join our supportive transport team, situated at our Enfield site operating on a 4/7 shift pattern. We operate a Job and Finish scheme to promote a healthy work-life balance. • £16.50 basic hourly rate (equating to a basic annual salary of £38,610)
• 45 hours per week over 4 days (minimum guaranteed)
• 5 days off every 3 weeks due to 4/7 shift pattern
• Sundays off
• Job and Finish, so guaranteed pay until the end of your shift if your work is completed earlier
• Overtime and extra shifts are available and paid at time and a half (equating to £24.75ph)
• 7^th shift paid at double time (equating to £33.00ph)
• Delivery bonus for more than 140 drops per week, 55p will be paid per extra drop

Reporting to the Transport Shift Manager, your duties will include:

• Full responsibility and care for your vehicle
• Checking receipt of all relevant paperwork
• Transporting customer items safely and free from damage
• Delivering a variety of items to customers’ room of choice
• Assembling and/or installing customer products – but don’t worry, we will provide you will all the necessary training for this
• Working as a team
• Keeping the customer up to date on delivery progress and resolving any customer questions or concerns
• Informing the depot of any delays
• Representing ArrowXL to the highest standard
