The Role

Job Title: Housing Officer

Hours: 30 hours per week

P3 work in partnership with London Borough of Hillingdon to help young people find alternative housing solutions.

You will conduct housing needs assessments with young people aged 18-25, in line with the Homeless Reduction Act to understand their needs and work with them through a personalised plan of support. 

You will be based at our Navigator in Yiewsley and will also deliver from the Civic Centre based in Uxbridge.

The successful candidate will receive full training but must have an interest and enthusiasm in working with young people, be friendly, non judgemental, a good communicator and able to work positively with a range of key stakeholders.
