We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated Bartender to join our team at City Social, a contemporary Michelin-starred Restaurant located on level twenty-four of Tower 42, in the heart of the City of London.

Due to the nature of the business, you must be fully flexible in terms of working hours which will include evening and Saturday work.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring a fast, friendly, and efficient service is provided to all guests.
• Preparation of classic and modern cocktails as well as wines, smoothies, juices, tea, coffee, and other hot drinks.
• Maintaining the bar to high standards of cleanliness.

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:

• Have a passion for food and are confident in providing guests with a memorable experience
• Provide charismatic, warm, and engaging service
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge and passion for wines, spirits, and cocktails, with a desire to learn more
• An excellent team player with exceptional communication skills
• You must be flexible and available to work according to business needs.

A can-do attitude approach and enthusiasm, paired with a desire to do things well, and creating a great guest experience will get you a long way in this role.

Our Ideal candidate will have a passion for excellent customer service and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment. They should have a good knowledge of food and drinks and will have previous similar experience gained in a high-end restaurant/ bar.

City Social is operated by Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur Jason Atherton, in partnership with Restaurant Associates. The restaurant is situated on level twenty-four of Tower 42, the iconic skyscraper situated in the heart of the City of London. City Social is a restaurant featuring art deco-style interiors against the backdrop of the stunning London skyline. Jason Atherton has designed a menu that features creative yet simple dishes, showcasing the best of British ingredients in a beautiful environment.
