Our client, a large award winning housing contractor covering East Anglia and the South East is seeking an experienced site manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The site is in Southwold Suffolk and starting in the new year building 55 units.

Responsibilities include-

Overseeing a busy site, working closely with the trades and sub-contractors, ensuring the project is delivered to a high standard on time and budget while also adhering to health and safety procedures.

Skills and qualifications required for the role include -

- Strong experience in site management.
- Good communication, organisational and management skills.
- Strong leadership attributes
- SMSTS certification
- First Aid
- 2 work references.

Salary dependent on experience.
