We have a unique opportunity for a Clinical Services Manager with responsibility for the PD wards and lead Quality Compliance for the hospital. The post holder will support the Clinical Governance framework of the Hospital ensuring compliance with KPIs, SQR data submission & CQC key lines of enquiry. Ensuring practice standards across the hospital are aligned to contemporary evidence and carried out in collaboration with service users and their families.

As the CSM for the PD services provide the senior clinical oversight and leadership initiatives to drive and embed effective clinical practice for care delivery across two ward. Routinely provide updates to the senior management team on the level of compliance and progress against improvement initiatives

• Clinical knowledge and quality standards to support and develop the services offered
• Organisation and planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills at all levels, both verbal and written and including presentation skills - listening, understanding and responding appropriately to identify key facts
