We are currently looking for a P2P Reconciliations Analyst to join our team at our Head Offices in Abergavenny.

Main ResponsibilitiesAs the P2P Reconciliations Analyst, the purpose of the role will be to support the Financial Controller to report the cost base and profitability of the contracts within the business.
Ensuring that all costs are processed timely and accurately
Reconciling supplier statements to systems processed invoices
Proactively report back mismatches in cost processed for P2P Processor resolution
Support SOX compliance in supplier reconciliations
Reviewing sub contractor and purchase ledgers for corrective actions with actions fed back to P2P Team Leader & P2P Manager
Assisting in validation of new suppliers to be created on AXIM/ERP ensuring robust procurement process followed
Following up on PO noncompliance queries to support the P2P process
Assisting with the ERP migration as required to aid a smooth implementation
Reporting on KPI achievements
