As the Digital Readiness Lead you will responsible for readiness of the digital restaurant deployments across the UK&I, to transition the Sodexo business into a digitised food service with clients and consumers;

Package Description

£57,000 to £65,000 + Excellent benefits

Main Responsibilities
  •   Deliver the digital restaurant deployment strategy across all segments, achieving the required segment FY23>FY25 KPIs.
  •   Lead and manage a team of Digital Readiness Advisors ensuring they are fully engaged and achieving their full potential through relevant development and career plans.
  •   Create and embed readiness methodologies for smooth, successful deployments.
  •   Stakeholder manage across all segments, working collaboratively with segment peers to achieve the digital restaurant deployment KPIs.
  •   Be visible and drive engagement throughout the deployment process with segment, client and consumers.
  •   Work collaboratively with the UK&I digital team, to share lessons learnt and consumer verbatim to deliver value added features and technology.
  •   Ensure and evidence the digital solutions and process are being adhered to before and after deployment.
  •   Assess each digital deployment, ensuring technology and a digital service can be deployed successfully with our wider IST teams.
  • Own and maintain the digital restaurant deployment backlog. 
The Ideal Candidate
  • You’ll have a strong understanding of current readiness and deployment concepts, strategy creation and management and technology best practices.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the technology arena.
  • Ideally, a minimum of 2 years expertise within the Food/Catering industry.
  • Self sufficient in workload management and backlog ownership.
  • Proven track record of delivering digital solutions that meet both business and consumer needs.
  • Able to act on behalf of the client and consumer when making decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills and analytical thinking.
  • Demonstrate a passion for working with an Agile mindset.
  • Remain flexible and resilient to changing business, client, or consumer priorities.
  • Desirable to have a digital/tech qualification and/or training.
  • Flexibility to work, if needed with different time zones.
