Staffordshire County Council are looking for a motivated person who is passionate about providing outstanding care quality and driving service improvements. Main Responsibilities

You will support the Quality, Performance and Engagement Manager to deliver quality assurance and monitor performance for CQC regulated and non-regulated services, including residential care, supported living, respite, specialist day opportunities and home care.

The role will involve supporting performance auditing, monitoring, and reporting along with marketing and engagement activities, employee communications and training coordination. In addition, the postholder will offer administrative support to Provider Services senior management and board.

This is a full-time role, working remotely with occasional travel to services across the county.

What you will bring

You have the ability to relate positively to the people that we support, communicating effectively with staff at all levels and building good relationships with other professionals that we work with. You have the ability to work effectively with others to achieve business plans, agreed targets and performance indicators, and work effectively under pressure and prioritise workloads.

You will have experience in data collation and manipulation, including the development of reports and presentations.

You will have experience in using and managing social media platforms and be adept at digital communication, considering information accessibility needs.

  • Formal qualification in business administration or a relevant field
  • Understanding of marketing principles, including social media
  • Knowledge of GDPR and confidentiality
  • Experience using and managing social media platforms
  • Knowledge of the principles of quality assurance in care settings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good level of information and communication technology skills
  • Organisation and time management skills
