HR Support Apprentice - Level 3

As a HR Support Apprentice, you will be part of the bridge that connects everyone, within both teams as a central role, facilitating our reward and pension processes. Your integrity and desire to always do the right thing will put you in good stead for this opportunity.

This is an opportunity to work with our professional team where you will provide day to day support and guidance throughout the HR Reward team and Pensions team. You will be part of the bridge that connects everyone, within both teams as a central role, facilitating our reward and pension processes. This is an opportunity to learn more about two key areas of the business.

You will be involved with everything from daily administrative processes for voluntary benefits, flexible benefits, recognition and be a key player in providing transactional service and administration support for the pension’s team.

  • Fixed Term 18 months with potential Opportunities upon successful completion of qualification

Main Responsibilities

What you will be doing 

  • Documentation is key within HR so you will review uploads of data and files to providers and ensure they are correct with accurate information.
  • Process and document invoices.
  • Offer guidance and advice on the registering on the Reward Hub and Reward queries.
  • Process multiple administrative tasks within the pensions team.
  • Work with pensions on providing relevant support on processes.
  • Admin Support for all benefits and recognition.
  • Work with the HR Payroll System Team for reporting, amending data, and queries.
