My client based in the Stourport area of Worcestershire is looking to recruit a HR Administrator on a Permanent contract.
The main responsibilities associated with the role include
- Managing the recruitment process
- Managing new starter inductions
- Supporting Disciplinary process
- Monitor absences
- Supporting payroll as required
- General admin around the HR function
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- CIPD Level 3 qualification as a minimum
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- An ability to get on with stakeholders at all levels
- Good IT Skills
- An ability to manage workload and prioritize as required
The salary on offer is up to £30,000
