Our Stores Operative will have passion for delivering our customer orders whilst making sure our high Health and Safety, Food Safety and Product Quality standards are met.

You will be comfortable working in a chilled food processing environment. We are a fast moving business so you need to enjoy working at pace and have dedication to take action and achieve results.

Previous experience working in a factory or warehouse environment would be useful, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

• Must hold a valid FLT Licence or be prepared to sit the examination
• Advantageous to hold a valid PPT Licence
• Must be a reliable person.
• Must be able to work unsupervised when required.
• Good Computer skills
• Good communication skills as interface with supplies
• Must be confident with / Excel / Word / Purchasing Systems

UK Poultry represents more than half of 2 Sisters’ business by sales. The division employs over 8,500 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to consumers via major retailers. Our colleagues work across ten primary sites across the UK, where chickens are transported from nearby farms for processing and at our cutting sites prepared for portioning, deboning, and filleting. UK Poultry predominantly produces private-label products for major retailers. We know our proficiency is in processing, so we work with experts in other fields such as: hatching, farming, animal husbandry and transport to ensure that our supply chain is as effective and efficient as possible.
