Whether it’s senior hires in our professional functions, specialist roles to support niche areas of the business or mapping the labour market to build diverse talent pools, you’ll be at the heart of it all as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.
As the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Technology & Data you will be responsible for roles within our IT, Change Management and Data teams. Although there will also be a requirement to assist in the recruitment of other areas across Saga.
A critical role within the team, you will have a large degree of autonomy to build relationships with your stakeholder groups, design appropriate talent attraction approaches alongside the Talent Acquisition Business Partners, and support the development of team members on their career journey
The ideal candidate will have experience of senior-level or specialist roles with demonstrable experience of building strong stakeholder relationships and a proactive approach to hiring manager and candidate management.
