Main Responsibilities

As our Assistant Director for Strategy & Transformation, you will serve as our chief strategy officer, advising our Leader and Chief Executive on where to take the council and the county next in order to build on our success.

With direct management responsibility for Strategy, Strategic Policy & Partnerships, Strategic Delivery, Insight, Change and Digital, you will lead a broad multidisciplinary team. Using the resources at your disposal, you will ensure that Staffordshire is at the forefront of change, helping us to deliver better outcomes for our residents and businesses.
