We have an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Co-ordinator, working on our Pret á Manger contract to join the Commercial Audit team (CAD), helping to meet the demands of our growing organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive and enforce an improved culture and quality of service to the Customer by quality checking our outbound orders.

You will be responsible for

You will be responsible for checking a pre-determined percentage of outbound orders, recording and reporting service Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s), monitoring inbound shipments to ensure supplier specification is adhered to. Driving an improved culture and quality of deliveries by drivers, including assessing driver delivery performance and accuracy of documentation. The overall purpose of this role is to improve accuracy, reduce credits and stock loss prevention for the Customer.

  • Monitoring warehouse accuracy, and damages of transport personnel, identifying trends and proactively identifying areas for improvement
  • Ensuring all orders are checked for accuracy, discrepancies are recorded and orders are corrected and made ready for shipment, including standard of pallet configuration to limit product damage during transit
  • Ensuring Supervisors receive feedback on issues and points made
  • Assisting in credit claim investigations from shops as necessary
  • Ensuring all purchased goods adhere to supplier specification
You will need

This role would be suitable for someone who has previous experience of warehouse and transport environments, has an intermediate level of PC knowledge including Microsoft Office and the ability to work to deadlines. You will be able to work well with others and communicate effectively. It is also important that you are proactive, have a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to your work.
