And right now, we are looking for a Project Manager (12 month FTC Maternity Cover) to join our Insurance Change team. In this role, you will be key in delivering priority initiatives in line with the change request, approval, and delivery process.
You will track business cases through the project lifecycle including the impact to benefits and manage across functions daily to ensure project milestones and timelines are achieved, tracking issues, and managing risk as you go.
This role will collaborate closely with a range of Change professionals including Change Partners, Scrum Teams, PMO, and Business Leads.
This is a fantastic career opportunity to be involved with transformational and varied projects, including working with 3rd parties, migrating from legacy systems and digital transformation.
We need you to bring experience working as a Project Manager, or having worked in a similar role with transferable skills. It would also be an advantage if you are familiar with multiple methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall and have worked within the financial services industry although this is not essential.

Project management from inception through to supporting benefit realisation.
Stakeholder management, ability to create and maintaining good working relationships with project sponsors, owners and stakeholders
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, plans, progress and risks
Monitor progress of project and take corrective action to keep on track
Preparation and presentation of supporting project documentation to senior management across the business
Having the ability to support a team of business professionals deployed across a range of projects to achieve excellent standards of productivity and quality
Being an effective negotiator, balancing alternatives and seeking win-win solutions
Effectively managing project team members and resources, including third parties and suppliers, always maintaining an excellent level of service and ensuring project delivery to time, budget and quality
Proven experience of successful project delivery
Proven experience of managing cross divisional stakeholder and change management
A qualification in relevant change methodologies would be an advantage
Familiarity with multiple methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile would be an advantage
Experience of working in the financial services industry but not essential.
