As a result of growth in the market, we are looking for a Litigation Assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals, within our specialist National Litigation Unit to provide advice and support to Trade Unions and their members. Currently, interviews are to be scheduled for the week beginning 5th December.

You will be handling Personal Injury Fast Track (EL, PL and some RTA) cases for union members, union friends and family scheme clients whilst working under supervision.

You will have experience of running your own caseload and have the confidence and ability to take appropriate daily decisions on cases, involving a considerable amount of judgement and autonomy. To thrive in the role you will need to be incredibly organised, possesses outstanding client care skills and be tenacious in nature.
