An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Costs Negotiator to join our Post Service team in Manchester.

Reporting to the Post Service Manager, we are seeking those who can negotiate on a range of case types, such as RTA, Clinical Negligence, Industrial Disease, EL/PL., Military and Abuse. The position will require the ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of cases, from which detailed advice can be provided to the Fee Earners, setting out settlement parameters.

We would welcome applications from those who have experience with budget negotiations and preparing Precedent R’s, along with advising on issues and cost disputes. You would also be managing your own caseload, providing technical expertise and quality of delivery and as such, a strong attention to detail would be required alongside excellent analytical skills.
