We are currently looking for an experienced Lawyer to join our highly successful Accidents Team in our Leeds office. We are currently looking to interview for this post on 30th November.

You will be engaged in challenging and rewarding casework, working on a varied caseload of high value multi-track personal injury claims. You will have the opportunity to represent victims of accidents, employer’s liability, occupier’s liability and other personal injury victims who have suffered injuries.

With a passion for blending your technical expertise with your outstanding communication and client care skills, you will take pride in delivering a first class legal service. Having the confidence and ability to take appropriate daily decisions to ensure swift case progression, will be key to your success. To ensure you thrive in the role, we will provide you with structured coaching and training as well as a nurturing environment, where you can grow and shape your career.

As a Lawyer with at least 2 years’ PQE, you will deal with all aspects of running a case from initial interview of client to trial, with an understanding of the issues involved in dealing with multi-track cases, such as costs and the litigation process.

You will need to be ideally operating as a Court Grade B with experience of running a varied multi-track personal injury caseload. The role requires excellent prioritisation skills and meticulous attention to detail to enable you to construct clear and effective arguments, yielding the best result for our clients. You will also be a team player and will enjoy engaging in marketing and business development opportunities.

A day in the life of a Lawyer is never the same, however a typical day may include carrying out relevant investigations, obtaining relevant documents, preparing witness statements, preparing for and attending Conferences and Court hearings (CCMCs/Trials).
