Platform Housing Group has an exciting opportunity for an individual with a genuine interest in data and programme management to join our Growth & Development directorate as a Head of Development Programme. You will be joining the Team to drive forward business change as we embed our new system, Pamwin.
Housing development and/or Homes England experience is desirable.
What could you be doing?
Reporting to the Director of Development Programme you will oversee and manage Growth and Developments data (Pamwin) and the production of all statistical returns required of the Department.
You will also have responsibility for producing all Financial, Corporate and Operational KPI and reporting information. You will also ensure effective financial control of the development programme, working directly with Finance colleagues.
As part of a busy New Build Development team you will be overseeing, programming, and managing the Group Homes England Programmes and regular audit requirements.
You will also be supporting the Director of Development Programme in managing and maintaining Platforms relations with Local Authority Strategic Housing Partners.

You will also have great interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships, support, influence, and engage with senior colleagues and stakeholders.

Can demonstrate a sound knowledge and understanding of social housing providers and the wider environment in which they operate.
Proven experience of working in partnership and communicating with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including customers, at all levels.
Future focused you will have a strong understanding of Development best practice and procedures.
You will demonstrate the ability to develop and implement operational plans, delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
A driving licence and access to own vehicle for business use is also essential as you will be required to travel across our operational area.
