Project Manager – Capital Refurbishment and Regeneration

£44,539 to £47,573 per annum, plus excellent benefits package

37 hours per week

Based across Nottingham City

We are looking to appoint 2 permanent, experienced Project Managers for our Asset Management team.  Reporting to the Head of Capital Programme Delivery these are pivotal roles within the Asset Management team which provides a fantastic opportunity for you to help shape our organisation, whilst offering variety, scope, and responsibility to lead on programmes of regeneration for the Company. 

The Duties:

You will support the Head of Capital Programme Delivery in the provision of an efficient, effective, and economic service through the development, implementation, co-ordination and monitoring of capital projects throughout the city, and having specific responsibility for multimillion pound programmes of regeneration projects.

You will manage Capital projects, making informed decisions, assessing problems and the potential for improvements, and negotiating with project team members and other stakeholders. You will need to support project teams by helping with the co-ordination and input of all those involved in the design and implementation of Capital projects including architects, planners, quantity surveyors and outside agencies and actively engaging in all client design issues and subcontract elements of contracts, from pre-tender through to completion.

 

This role is responsible for the staff management of Technical Officers and Project/Tenant Liaison Officers, as well as the on site management of contractors and third party stakeholders.

The person:

You will have excellent project management skills, with both an attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture. You will be an excellent communicator and will enjoy developing strong working relationships with both colleagues and external partners to deliver the best results. 

An experienced project manager you will enjoy the challenge of seeing a project from beginning to end, be able to use your effective planning skills to manage multiple projects and programmes of works and be able to manage conflicting demands and changing priorities.
