Your role

To provide overall responsibility for the production of Broiler Farm chickens within the specified area for processing at the Company’s processing facilities. Be Responsible for budgetary control for the department of both employee and material resources. Provide on-call support for allocated farms within specific area (Ashbourne) and assist in this for other farms to cover for holidays/absence. Ensure full understanding and preparation of all physical and financial budgets relating to the growing farms. Managing the Department to these budget targets reporting as required on all relevant physical and financial performances. Be responsible for all employees under direct control for health & safety, welfare, induction training and regular development through progress reviews.
