To provide a proactive waste service to the site, ensuring all debris, litter, waste and spillage are cleared and/or contained. Duties of this role include:

• Cleaning – carry out daily cleaning plan for allocated area(s)
• Health & Safety – Reporting all accidents or near misses and making sure correct documents are completed with the help of your line manager.  Making suggestion where you believe improvements can be made.
• Labour - Liaising with Team Leader and colleagues to ensure sufficient cover for the role to meet the needs of the site
• Hygiene – making sure the correct standards are maintained by self and colleagues
• Vehicles and equipment – using as appropriate making sure all restart and safety checks are followed and faults reported.
• Customer / Internal / BRC Audits – Preparation of all areas
• Recycling – separating waste to maximise recycling in line with company ethics and policies
• Miscellaneous tasks related to the supply chain

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 6am-6pm (after 6 weeks rotates to Thursday, Friday, Saturday for a further 6 weeks)
