Your role

Working as a key member of the Site Leadership Team and along with the business unit Operational Excellence Specialist, implement and execute the Moy Park Operational Excellence Management Method to drive performance. Shared responsibility with Site Leadership Team for programme effectiveness, sustainability and leveraging profitability.

What you’ll need

Education: Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge / Experience

  • Experience in implementing Lean Manufacture / Continuous Improvement.
  • 2+ years’ experience in an Operational FMCG Environment.
  • Proven experience of change management.
  • Evidence of creating strong culture of involvement and influence with people through empowerment and coaching.
  • An individual with passion, energy, patience and stamina.
