Education Recruitment Consultant (internal)/ Recruitment Officer -  Salary Dependent Upon Experience – 37.5 hours per week. Hybrid working

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Education Recruiter to join our busy team, recruiting to a variety of roles within our Education division. The role will be predominantly home based however, you will work from our Halesowen Support Centre 1 - 2 days per week.

As the specialist Education Recruiter, you will bring a wealth of experience of recruiting for a variety of positions within schools to include Teaching Assistants, through to Teachers of varying specialisms and up to and including Head Teachers. You will be comfortable in utilising a variety of sourcing methods to attract the best candidates within the sector. 

Keys Group deliver specialist care to both Adults and Children within a number of settings to include Residential Children's homes, Schools, Activity Centres, Adult Residential Services and Supported Living settings. This care is delivered by our 3 brands; Keys, Accomplish and Peak.

As an Education Recruiter you will:

  • Build excellent working relationships across the division, offering guidance and advise on all things recruitment
  • Have a full understanding of the recruitment needs of each school and through regular communication, a thorough understanding of the key priorities
  • Advertise roles as needed across a number of job boards and the knowledge and experience of the most appropriate sourcing methods.
  • Strive to continually challenge our recruitment processes and candidate attraction methods to ensure we are always the best in practice
  • Review and sift CVs, always striving to select the best candidates in the market
  • Build relationships within candidates to ensure they have a full understanding of the role and school prior to interview
  • Provide feedback to candidates post interview – both positive and negative
  • Compile weekly reports to share with our operations colleagues
  • Arrange and attend recruitment open events
  • Compile candidate offers including contracts with accuracy
  • Resolve queries by telephone, email and in person

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter that is:

  • Experienced in recruiting within the Education sector, managing multiple vacancies across a number of geographical locations at any one time (essential)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise
  • Motivated by a passion for quality and forging strong professional relationships
  • Organised and methodical with an A* candidate experience at the forefront of every step
  • Willing with a 'Can-do' attitude
  • A great communicator with attention to detail
  • Computer literate
