EMR is shaping the future of sustainability and we need a Management Accountant to help support our newly created Reusable Steel function in the next stage of its development journey. 

• P&L and Balance sheet reporting
• Building and implementing sound management information to understand financial performance
• Working with operations and senior management to understand operational activity and how this links into the finances.
• Stock reconciliation – Weekly and monthly checks on stock transfers
• Stock takes – checking stock takes and trends
• Monitoring of production and ensuring it is entered on a daily basis
• Month end journals – assist in the preparation of month end prepayments and accruals
• Month end reporting – producing management account reports to senior management 
• Budgets and forecasting – including asset replacement programme
• Day to day management of financials
• Preparation of monthly management accounts for review
• Preparation of weekly and monthly KPI dashboards and reporting of key variances to management, working closely with commercial and operational teams.
• Assist in ad hoc reporting and analysis
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement within all aspects of the role in conjunction with the Business Improvement Team
