We are looking for a Head of Pricing to join our progressive team and support us with our continued growth and business objectives. We are looking for someone that will play an essential role in leading the development and execution of the company's pricing strategy and forms part of the leadership team reporting directly into the Underwriting Director. You will be responsible for the property pricing P&L and the focus will be on the growth, development and expansion of our MGA and capacity providers financial results. The role will offer wide exposure to a wealth of transferable skills in leadership and business administration which will support your development and career journey.

• Extensive experience of working in Personal Lines Pricing
• Strong track record of building relationships, working effectively and influencing all levels within the business.
• Expert knowledge of predictive modelling techniques including GLM and GB
• Experienced in using and leading teams that use Willis Towers Watson pricing software – Emblem and Radar
• Advance knowledge of UK GI market
• Strong experience building and automating data visualisations including the management and manipulation of large data sources e.g. personal lines aggregator based quote data.

This is a Home Based role with travel to our regional office as required.
