Role Purpose:

To support the SHE Team with delivering a variety of health, safety and environmental projects across our business. The role will be responsible for putting in place project and portfolio controls & reporting on key global programmes. The successful candidate will demonstrate exemplary project management skills with excellent stakeholder management skills, demonstrating the ability to work in a multi-national matrixed organisation, creating structure from ambiguity and can work under pressure.

  • Lead end-to-end project and change implementations across health, safety and environment ensuring end to end project delivery.
  • Create and deliver strategic project objectives to support the implementation and embedding of improved business processes and practices
  • Ensure that project deliverables are completed within a planned cost, timescale and resource budgets, and appropriately authorised
  • Plan, direct and co-ordinate activities to manage major changes and/or new concepts
  • Formulate commercially viable approaches and co-ordinate post launch project activities, ensuring budgets and timescales are met
  • Provide scrutiny and challenge ensuring alignment with wider HSE policies and strategic initiatives
  • Deploy a structured and considered plan to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged
  • Managing critical paths for all projects to ensure timely delivery

  • Experienced project manager with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of working across a multi-site operation
  • Experience of project management with supporting knowledge of project techniques
  • Has demonstrable risk management experience
  • Has experience with contract management
  • Familiarity and experience with the learning management system implementation
