Your role

Assist the Despatch and Stores Manager to manage Despatch and Stores operations and staff within the area to meet the company objectives and key performance indicators as detailed in the Business Plan.

What you’ll need

• Performance driven with a proven track record of success in FMCG processing/supply chain environment.
• Experience of stock control, both for despatch and internal use.
• Strong people management skills and previous management experience.
• A role model, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organisational skills
• Consumer and customer orientated.
• Numerate and possessing good analytical skills, with experience of working with production statistics, variances, KPIs etc.
• Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shift pattern: week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday 7am-7pm week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7am- 7pm
