Tennial Personnel are seeking 10 line leaders to work for our family run client based in colchester daily duties include Particular responsible for co-ordinating line operations within the packhouse area , Maintain good hygiene standards on the line following good manufacturing standards, Perform all duties as required consistent with training, procedures and processes , When required be involved with staff training, new starters, staff promotions etc ,Maintain accurate and timely paperwork, ensure productions records are completed correctly following the procedures, Identify areas of concern (process flow, papaerwork & records, staff) and report to Supervisor/Managers ,Give recommendations for improvements within the production area/paperwork/processes, Ensure staff are aware of production requirements, quality, order volumes, packing standards, Maintain open communication with all departments as appropriate , Attend and participate fully in meetings as and when required, you must have Have a good understanding of quantity control, Three packers rules and date coding, Work in a safe way being aware of Health & safety and the health & safety of others, Any resonable task requested by supervisor/management , Language skills beneficial and a Good verbal understanding, good written English, good numeracy and attention to detail , shifts include four days on four days off on a shift pattern which covers 7.00am to 6.00pm. for more information please call Dennis on 01473 565292 or email a cv to dennis@tennialpersonnel.com this is a temporary to permanent posistion upon working 8 weeks.
