Our Food Manufacturing client based in WF6 are now looking to add a Shift Supervisor (High Care) to join the team.

What you will be doing:

• Ensure a safe working environment for employees in the department
• Provide professional management to the High Care departments in order to meet the department targets for Health and Safety, Hygiene, Quality, Manufacturing Performance and Cost
• Be a people focused person, motivating staff and dealing with issues on the shop floor
• Monitor adherence to site policies and procedures and be responsible for ensuring they are carried out in accordance with the site requirements
• Ensure the smooth running of the departments, achieving set plans
• Develop and drive change within the departments to improve quality, hygiene and throughput
• Accommodate and deliver excellent customer service and food safety and have the foresight to plan three to six months in advance
