We are currently looking for a part-time Administrator to provide effective admin support to our Governance and Regulation team. You will be joining the team to cover a period of parental leave on a 12-month fixed-term contract. 

You will play a key part key part in supporting the team in a range of administration tasks, including processing contracts for signing and recording these on the central register, updating and maintaining various registers and records, arranging meetings, and booking travel and hotel accommodation. This is a varied role with the opportunity to develop your knowledge and learn about housing regulation.

The hours of work for this vacancy are 28 hours per week and attract a part-time salary of £16,449 – £18,277 per annum depending on skills and experience. Your preferred working days and hours can be discussed during the interview. 

This role will be home based with a requirement to travel to Group offices and other locations as required. Please note that you will be required to regularly attend our Birmingham Business Park office (B37 7YD) one day per week, which is currently each Wednesday.
