As Logistics Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a diverse team to deliver the inbound or outbound processes safely and accurately in line with the logistics plans.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Direct management of team members to ensure that SOP's are followed and use allocated resources to deliver outputs determined by the logistics plans.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the logistics teams to ensure employee engagement and a focused attitude to work.
  • Implement a culture of continuous improvement within the logistics team by ensuring team members understand new/ improved process, practice and systems.
  • Produce all necessary documentation and information to ensure that a clear trail of activity is available for review and analysis in line with internal and external audits.
  • Participate as a member of a cross functional operations team to identify and build strong working relationships which identify areas for improvement, methods to develop and solutions to implement. 

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday (14:00 - 22:00)

  • Ensuring the daily requirements are suitably covered with correct labour;
  • Managing your team to ensure they remain productive and motivated;
  • Managing absence as well as authorising holiday requests in line with set holiday guidelines;
  • Responsible for stock availability / traceability, reconciliation of product;
  • Managing GMP and daily KPI’s.
