We are looking for a Implementation Project Consultant to join our successful SystemsLink team. This role is Homebased role.


Job Title: Implementation Project Consultant

Reporting to: Senior Implementation Project Manager

Department/Group: Inspired Energy PLC/Systemslink

Location: Home based with occasional travel required for face to face with clients and team meetings at the London Parent Office.

Level/Salary Range: £Competitive

Bonus/Commission: £Competitive

Contract Terms: Full time/ Part time

Entitlement 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays

SystemsLink is a market leading energy management software provider, where we have a variety of clients across public sector, charities, transport and third part intermediaries.

Role and Responsibilities

As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation of our Energy Management software and web application platform for new and existing clients. You will be an advocate of our proven Implementation Methodology with our clients and be an advocate of ongoing data maintenance and continuous improvement methodologies. This role also supports the ongoing needs of the business while ensuring best practices are implemented throughout both the organisation and for our clients.

You will be expected to manage your relationships with your clients during implementation and on an ongoing basis post implementation. Also, as In Implementation Consultant, you work hand in hand with Business Development, Business Analysts, Infrastructure Engineers, Operations Analysts. You will be expected to take initiative with your clients and projects as well as discuss requirements with the relevant internal stakeholders unprompted.

Therefore, it is required that you have demonstrable excellent communication and relationship building skills as well as managing yourself, your clients’ deliverables and liaising with internal stakeholders.

This role would suit someone with 1-3 years industry experience.

You will also read and comply with the company Health & Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the Health & Safety of themselves and others; co-operate with managers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties.
