Marketing Manager - £30,000 - £35,000 per annum dependant upon experience

This role can be a hybrid of office (Halesowen - West Midlands) and home or fully home based however travel to meetings and events will be required

We are currently going through a very exciting merger bringing together the outstanding knowledge within both Keys and the Accomplish Group.

Keys, the leading provider of innovative care and education for young people within the UK have more than 80% of their services rated ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’ by OFSTED are merging with the Accomplish Group.

Keys specialise in working with children and young people with a range of behavioural difficulties, mental health and learning disabilities in a variety of settings

Accomplish specialise in outcome focused support for adults with Mental Health Needs, Learning Disabilities, Autism and Acquired Brain Injuries.

This is a very exciting time to join the group and help to shape the future of this amazing merger that will see a clear pathway from children’s services through to adult residential.

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Marketing Manager to join our ambitious Commercial team. Working across the organisation, you’ll play a key part in supporting the business to grow, increase recruitment activity, raise the brand awareness and keep staff engaged through internal communications.

You will be responsible for the improvement of 4 identified, marketing objectives:

 

The Brand

Occupancy & Sales

Online campaigns

Internal Engagement

 

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Line management of Digital Marketing Executive.
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns and events.
  • Preparation of external stakeholder letters, flyers and other communications items.
  • Management of the website and social media, including: search engine optimisation, ppc, marketing automation through Salesforce, e-marketing, website development.
  • Manage the internal communications to ensure all key stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Develop and implement targeted online campaigns.
  • Develop and implement targeted direct mail campaigns.
  • Produce effective marketing collateral such as POS, brochures, flyers, posters, leaflets etc.
  • Update the website and social media to reflect campaign changes.
  • Initiate and implement targeted PPC/SEO campaigns.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Lead on the proactive PR for the group
  • Support the HR function with their marketing and recruitment requirements, establishing systems and processes so that they can carry out recruitment and other HR led campaigns.  This may include support with recruitment flyers, advertisements, media buying and other associated activities.
  • Organise and coordinate corporate events.
  • Carry out regular competitor analysis.
  • Monitor market trends, research markets and activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
  • Ensure all directory websites are accurate and up to date.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following;

  • 5 + years working in a creative or marketing role.
  • Line management experience
  • Good time management skills, with natural ability to prioritise, delegate and manage workload.
  • Strong organisational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A creative mind
  • Experience in using CMS systems to upload and manage website content along with experience in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator etc.

The following attributes and experience is desirable and would help you to excel in the role however are not essential;

  • Experience in PPC & SEO Marketing.

  • Experience using Mailchimp, Survey Monkey, Hootsuite, Trello desired but not essential.

  • Experience working in health and social care sector.
