Your Role
In this role you will be responsible for forecasting, scheduling, resource management and supporting the real-time operation to allow us to deliver the best service to our customers.

You’ll work closely with team managers across the business to create and evolve department level schedules and provide a detailed analysis of performance. This will involve analysing trends and data against forecasts to build capacity plans for back office staff to ensure we maximise service levels.

You will also be responsible for providing impact assessment of business changes and provide detailed analysis for “what if” scenarios to address any potential risks.

Experience Required
Previous experience in a Real Time Analyst, Resource Planning or similar role with an understanding of scheduling and forecasting is required.

You will experience converting complex data into straightforward management information so and advanced excel skills (Pivots, V-Lookups, Formula writing) are essential.

You’ll also have;

  • Experience with WFM Systems (Injixo preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail
  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment, working to challenging deadlines.
