We are looking for an experienced individual to join us as an RTA Lawyer in our successful National Fast Track Centre in Sheffield, servicing clients across the country. Our team of dedicated and collaborative professionals, use the law to secure justice for people who have suffered personal injury. If you are adept at using tactics to create robust legal arguments to achieve the best possible results for your clients and want to develop your expertise in personal injury litigation, this role would suit you perfectly.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering a high quality legal service, has a strong work ethic and a natural ability to demonstrate empathy towards clients. In return, we will provide you with interesting and intellectually challenging work, development opportunities in other areas of PI law, along with opportunities to transfer to other offices in our national network where we specialise on high value, complex personal injury work.

The role will involve managing a caseload of ex-portal fast-track RTA cases. Specifically you will be: investigating liability; assessing the strengths of a claim; gathering liability, causation and quantum evidence; liaising with clients, defendants, insurers, employers, witnesses, medical experts and the police; valuing claims; negotiating settlements, drafting pleadings and statements of case and dealing with court directions.

Although the primary focus will be RTA, there will be an opportunity to train and develop into other areas of PI Law.
