Your Role

The Key Accounts Handler will be responsible for engaging with our Premier customers to renew their contracts and retain the products and services TIO supply them. You’ll find creative ways to identify opportunities to upsell our products and ensure our customer feel valued at every stage.

You will be the first point of contact for our customer you’ll take ownership of all customer include billing queries, collecting payments and much more.

At the Insurance Octopus we take pride in our customers, so you’ll receive the training and support needed to deliver a first class-service and ensure that any issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Experience Required

You will be a proactive and driven individual with great written and verbal communication skills and have the natural ability to build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and requirements to deliver a great service.

You’ll need a minimum of 4-years demonstrable success in a high-volume desk-based B2B, commercial insurance sales role or 5-years in a personal lines’ insurance role with experience of negotiating multiple products, price and contract terms

A CII qualification is desirable
