2 Sisters Food Group in Flixton are proud to announce that we are opening applications for our 2022 Engineering Apprenticeships!

We are looking for 2 people to undertake a level 3 engineering fitter in partnership with east coast college This will be delivered through one day per week at the College and 4 days per week on site and will run for 42 months.

Apprentices receive Apprentice Pay which is a minimum of £10.62 per hour for the first year, increasing to (at least) the National Minimum Wage dependant on age from year two. 

The hours are 8am - 4pm

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance.
• Provide maintenance of equipment.
• Modify, test, and inspect condition-based monitoring and fault-finding with our systems.
• Help improve systems on our sites where required.
• Work on technology which monitors and controls all aspects of processes and their performance across the site.
• Carry out risk assessments and method statements to ensure activities are always completed in a safe manner.

Our ideal candidate will have a keen interest in engineering and be familiar with using tools and equipment. 

You'll be prepared to learn and develop with on the job training and guidance. 

You will have a 'can-do' attitude and be flexible in your approach to work.
