Sales Ledger Clerk working for the Bauer Media UK group within the Sales Ledger team. Responsible for processing all receipts, sundry invoices and credit notes arranging refunds, playing a major role ensuring our customers pay within terms, and chase any overdue invoices within agreed processes.  Customer focused with ambition to learn, grow and thrive. Flexible Working

We want to make sure that we find the right people to work in our teams, and we know that the traditional 9-5, five days a week doesn’t suit everyone. • Process Daily Cash Receipts in a timely manner via Excel
• Performing reconciliations
• Investigate and arrange customer refunds
• Respond promptly to queries from internal and external customers, ensuring disputes are logged and escalated as appropriate
• Set up and process Direct Debits
• Reconciliation of payments against statements via SAP Finance
• Process and Production of customer invoicing and Credit notes
• Perform other Ad hoc duties within the Accounts Receivable area as agreed with Sales
• Ledger Team Leader
• Contribute to Accounts Receivable process improvement initiatives as required
• Daily Ad Hoc reporting as required
• Collection of outstanding invoices by telephone and email to cover all payment methods
