Event Engagement & Marketing Officer
£30,000 - £31,000
A leading body in the UK is currently seeking a Network Officer to encourage, measure, manage and develop member engagement across the Branch Network.
This will include:
Supporting the delivery of a national programme of events and digital engagement through the Branch Network, by having lead responsibility for:
Uploading and updating events on the Cvent platform
Building marketing emails and disseminating them for promotion of those events, including social media posts on LinkedIn and Twitter and other appropriate areas
Supporting the management member data, along with subscriber information in line with agreed policies in CRM and Click Dimensions
Maintaining the websites
Monitoring and reporting on marketing campaigns
Administering the data capture and registration process for non-members
Supporting the process of branch prize winners
To apply you should have the following skills and experience:
Exceptional Customer Service Skills including call and email handling
Be a highly skilled CRM user
BI Query and or other big data research capabilities
Click dimensions reporting capabilities
Be competent in MS Office Packages
Have the ability to use customer engagement platforms, e.g. Cvent/event registration platforms/Click Dimensions
Have the ability to use office IT systems, e.g. CRM, Office 365 etc.
