This is an exciting opportunity to gain expertise in a new field and become a specialist recruitment resourcer and join a rapidly expanding local recruitment agency based in Bicester.

A common misconception about this role is that you need to be coming from a recruitment related background to be a successful recruiter/resourcer, however, some of the highest billing consultants have degrees in History, Politics, Marketing and Music to name a few.

No prior experience in recruitment is required. If this is your first role or you are changing career, you will receive training & support & have plentiful opportunities for fast track promotion.
