We are looking for an experienced Communications professional to help take our work to the next level.

Communications matters here at Platform. As a Communications Business Partner, we are looking for you to bring your best and deliver new approaches and different ways to tell our story. We need a collaborative ‘all rounder’ who can plan and deliver communication activities that enrich our culture, showcase our values and deliver impactful campaigns that create conversations and connections and enhance our performance.

You will be passionate about telling powerful stories and driving outcomes. A natural relationship builder, you will be comfortable with developing and maintaining strong interactive partnerships with a range of stakeholders, from senior executives to journalists, colleagues and customers. You will:

Provide guidance and advice to colleagues to help them frame and position key messages and issues for different audiences

Develop and deliver messages that support our purpose and brand

Develop communication campaigns that drive key priorities and objectives

Have close attention to detail and tailor communications to suit the audience and delivery channel

Help frame change within the business

Be self-assured, professional and flexible, making sound decisions and maintaining a high quality of work, even with competing priorities and under pressure.

This is a permanent part time role, working 28 hours per week and attracts a part time salary of £24,882 - £27,646 per annum. We recognise the unique and individual needs of people and welcome you to discuss your preferred part time pattern during the interview process.

While this role is home based, you should have the ability to travel to Group offices or other locations for meetings if required. Our Group offices are in Birmingham Business Park and Central Park, Worcester.
