Here at the Card Factory we have a fantastic new Digital Improvement Developer role in our Digital Experience Team. Working alongside the DX Team you will be responsible for creating dynamic front end components and content to support the UX, Creative & Trading teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • ​Working with the UX Team, develop a library of front-end components, across our digital platforms.
  • Working with the UX Team, enhance current UI features and be a part of the CI programme.
  • Audit and suggest enhancements to the front-end websites and applications.
  • Optimise where possible for all formfactors, devices and browsers.
  • Play a key part in developing front end code required for a/b/ tests.
  • Providing creative assets and components (where required)
  • Building web and App pages and content
The Ideal Candidate
  • Strong proficiency in frontend Javascript / HTML / CSS
  • Proven experience of working across both web and mobile
  • Experience in Web Development with Typescript/JavaScript
  • Experience working with RESTful web services
  • Experience working with Git and Continuous Integration
  • Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to provide business solutions
  • Experience with design systems, design thinking and modular, responsive content
  • Demonstrable experience of utilising Quantitive  and Qualitative data and insight to derive and measure customer and commercial success
  • Strong communicator; selling an idea, internally and externally
  • Resilient and organised
  • Sense of humour
