We are looking for two new fabulous colleagues to strengthen our People Development team.  This small but mighty team have a mission to encourage, support and care about the personal and career development of all Card Factory colleagues.

Main Responsibilities

In this exciting role, you will coach, consult, design and deliver development at all levels of the business ensuring a blended learning approach. This includes development of e-learning modules, creation of multimedia content and in-person workshops and facilitation.

You will engage and inspire colleagues by utilising your natural (or learned) coaching style - encouraging ownership in a self-directed learning culture.

There’s plenty of variety, breadth and depth to utilise and build your knowledge, skills and experience. Each new team member will have the opportunity to be involved in a number of exciting initiatives such as; the launch of Card Factory’s Career Pathways platform, re-design of our Learning Management System, the launch our reviewed Values and the ongoing design, build and implementation of our Leadership Development Framework.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Your collaborative way of working and relationship management skills are paramount to connecting cross-functionally, conducting needs analysis and gaining insights to support design of content. Solutions focused, you’ll have a creative eye and the ability to look holistically – joining the dots for learning needs.
  • Self-driven and willing to take accountability, you’ll genuinely care and feel passionate about the work you do. You’ll be open to reflection and exploring areas of personal development, and you’ll support your team by providing feedback and peer reviews.
  • A coaching qualification, a level 3 qualification in Learning and Development or equivalent, as well as experience with creation of e-learning content Rise360 or similar would be ideal.
