…And right now, we are looking for a CRM Executive to work in our Marketing part of our Insurnace business at an exciting time in Saga’s history. As a Group, Saga is taking to the seas in our brand new, luxury cruise ships, leading the market with innovative insurance and financial products.   

You will be responsible for all areas of communications- new customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty, advocacy and win-back, shaping the CRM action plan and creating multi-channel executions that deliver exceptional experiences to our customers. 

We utilise a suite of Adobe tools, therefore demonstrable experience of Adobe Campaign (or equivalent) is preferable. Knowledge of Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics would also be advantageous. 

 You will have experience of using a CRM system to execute multi-channel integrated campaigns, using a combination of SMS, DM, Outbound and Email deliveries, using dynamic content where possible to personalise content to our customers.

Main Responsibilities

As a CRM Executive your top 5 responsibilities are:  

  • Designing and building CRM journeys in line with the CRM action plan, working with the team to execute multiple campaigns that deliver performance improvements.  
  • Fully utilising the tools and data available to design and deliver campaigns covering all areas of communications- new customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty, advocacy and win-back, across multiple channels, whilst delivering exceptional experiences to our customers.  
  • Analysis, segmentation and targeting of customers within internal database.  
  • Proactively push ideas forwards and own campaigns across customer touchpoints from inception to delivery.
  • Test and learn approach with accountability for post campaign insight and reporting
The Ideal Candidate
  • Data and analytical thinker. Enjoys interrogating data to find insight and ability to proactively drive performance improvements
  • Strong desire to improve customer experience across multiple journeys
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly, particularly using formulas and queries
  • Knowledge of CRM theory an advantage
  • Knowledge of data integration and a passion for digital solutions.  
  • Excellent personal communication and presentation skills and able to come across as a professional, credible, respected representative of Saga.  
  • Strong levels of multi-tasking, prioritisation, and solution-orientated approaches.  
  • Understanding of a Financial Services regulatory environment.  
  • Superior professionalism with internal and external teams.   
  • Well organised and detail oriented.  
  • Ambitious personality who is open to helping with any task.
