The digital team at William Grant & Sons is in the process of building internal capabilities to accelerate our digital marketing expertise, fundamental to this is the role of Paid Search Manager.

Main Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for the definition and delivery of paid search activities across our global portfolio of brands through and iterative test and learn approach.

As this is a new hire, the role will have the exciting opportunity to be a key player in defining the role and proving the value of search within our channel mix. From keyword and competitor research through to post campaign analysis, this role will shape our search activities throughout the user journey.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an analytical thinker with a passion for data and analytics. The candidate will be happiest when they are either making things happen or diving into the data to generate data-led recommendations on next steps and opportunities.

You will have 2-5 years’ experience within Digital Marketing ideally in a hands on role such as within an agency or early stage venture. Through this you will have developed a broad understanding of the core digital channels, but paid search is where you skills spike.
